Put the vegetables in a muffin tin in an even layer, pour the egg mixture on top, and then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Once it's done, you can put the quiches on a baking sheet and freeze them. Once they're frozen, you can move them to a freezer bag.



Beef Stroganoff


Beef stroganoff is a warming dish that you can eat any time of the year. Diced onion and garlic should be cooked in olive oil in a big pot until they smell good. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook them until they are soft.



Add the meat and brown it on all sides. Pour in the meat broth and let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes on low heat. Then add 1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt and whisk until smooth. The last step is to add cooked egg noodles and let it cook for another five minutes. Once this recipe has cooled, you can put it in the freezer for up to three months.


Mango Coconut Rice


This tasty mango coconut rice will satisfy your sweet tooth. Start by making the rice the way it says on the package. Then, put two cups of mango chunks and a 14-ounce can of coconut milk in a bowl and mix them together. Use a hand mixer or a food processor to mix the ingredients until they are smooth.



Mix the liquid well with the rice after you pour it in. Move it to a jar that can be frozen and keep it there for up to three months. When you want a sweet treat, just put it back in the microwave.
