My NEW Book! Mindful Eating

My new book is all about mindful eating and how to make it a part of your everyday life. I'm excited to share it with you all!

If you're looking to improve your relationship with food, then my new book is for you! Mindful eating is all about being present and aware while you're eating, and it can help you enjoy your food more and make better choices for your health.

When it comes to eating, we often do so without really thinking about it. We may mindlessly eat because we're hungry, or because someone else is eating and we don't want to feel left out. Or, we may simply be used to eating without really paying attention to what we're doing.

However, eating mindfully can be a very different and enjoyable experience. When we eat mindfully, we're more aware of the taste, texture, and smell of our food. We're also more aware of how our bodies are feeling. And, perhaps most importantly, we're more present at the moment.

If you're interested in trying mindful eating, here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Make time for meals: When we're rushing around, it's easy to just grab something to eat on the go. But when we take the time to sit down and enjoy a meal, we're more likely to be aware of what we're eating and how it makes us feel.

2. Put away distractions: turn off the TV, put away your phone, and focus on your food. When we're distracted, we're less likely to pay attention to what we're eating and more likely to overeat.

3. Be aware of your hunger: before you start eating, take a moment to ask yourself how hungry you are. This will help you determine how much food you need to eat and help you avoid overeating.

4. Savor your food: take the time to enjoy the taste, texture, and smell of your food. When we're fully present while we eat, we're more likely to feel satisfied and less likely to overeat.

5. Listen to your body: pay attention to how your body feels as you eat. Are you feeling full? Do you need to stop eating? When we listen to our bodies, we're more likely to eat the right amount of food and avoid overeating.

How did I publish this book?

It's never been easier to self-publish your book on Amazon. With Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), you can upload your book as a PDF or ePub file and make it available for sale in the Kindle Store. You can also use KDP to create print-on-demand paperbacks.

If you're thinking about self-publishing, KDP is a great option. It's quick and easy to get started, and you can reach a wide audience of potential readers. Plus, Amazon provides plenty of resources to help you promote and sell your book.

Publisher or Self Publishing?

When you self-publish your book on Amazon, you're in control of the entire process. You can set your price, decide when to publish, and promote your book however you choose.

There are some advantages to working with a traditional publisher, such as having someone else handle the marketing and distribution of your book. But self-publishing gives you more control over the process and allows you to keep a larger percentage of the profits. So I gave it a try!

Hope you enjoy this book!
