The restaurant industry is one of the most challenging and demanding industries out there. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and passion to be successful in this field. There are times when it can be tough to stay positive and motivated. That's why it's important to have some affirmations that you can repeat to yourself when things get hard.


There's something about cooking that just makes me feel so good. It could be the fact that I get to be creative and experiment with different flavors, or that I get to nourish my body with healthy food. But I think it goes deeper than that.


For me, cooking is a form of self-care. It's a way to show myself that I'm worth taking the time to make a meal, even if it's just for myself. And in the process of cooking, I often find myself reflecting on what I'm grateful for in my life.
